As the mother of two boys, I remember the nuggies, I remember the wrestling, it’s innate…of course he could get it from his mother. I seem to remember certain tendencies “la liz” demonstrated as at teenager but that may be a topic for her blog.

I definitely think it’s a guy thing. Or a dad thing maybe? Not sure. My kids wrestle with their dad and uncles, when they are around. I think I’d have to agree with Grandpa. :) It’s a way to be physical, but still be all close. I don’t know, I think it’s good and needed. And the older he gets, the more he may need it.

Sorry, my little boy knowledge is limited. Say um 16 months worth. ;)

I remember, in my 20’s, sitting in a friend’s living room watching him wrestle with his pals. Somebody’s girlfriend leaned over to me and said “A remarkable display of intimacy, don’t you think?” I think she was right – it is an intimate activity. Don’t quit.
